Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and return policy is that no refunds are given on services. The results of treatment are not guaranteed. Free services as compensation may be allowed in certain situations if deemed reasonable by the provider. If adjustments are needed for Botox free units are allowed up to 6 units . In the case of filler misalignment, only the cost of the additional filler is charged if this is a small amount. In situations where the amount of filler is insufficient, this cost is incurred by the client at retail pricing.

Skin care products may only be returned if package is completely unopened, and will be fully refunded if returned within 10 days.

In the case of double charges, although very rare, the amount will be refunded if a receipt from the credit card company or bank statement shows this has occurred. It is up to you to show proof of the double charge.
