Our Refund & Return Policy

We do not offer refunds for our services because the results of our treatments are not guaranteed. Free services as compensation may be allowed in certain situations if deemed reasonable by the provider.

• If adjustments are needed for Botox, free units are allowed up to six units.
• In the case of filler misalignment, only the cost of the additional filler is charged if this is a small amount.
• If the amount of filler was insufficient, the cost is incurred by the client at retail pricing.

Any products may only be returned if the package is completely unopened.

In the case of double charges, although very rare, the amount will be refunded if a receipt from the credit card company or bank statement shows this has occurred.
